Once the final payment is received, we then transfer your site from our testing servers to your hosting provider, test again, and your site becomes live and available to the public.
We train you and your staff on the operation of the website if necessary.
The final step is marketing and monitoring your site.
Once you approve the site plan and the design mock-ups, we begin coding and final production on the site. We use CSS, tableless web design which not only means that search engines can index your content, it also means that future changes to the styles can be made cost effectively.
Once the infrastructure is in place, and the content and search engine optimization has been finalized we populate your site with text and photos.
Once the coding of the site is complete our clients and our staff begin testing. If no changes or bug fixes are needed, we move on to the site approval and deployment.
We digest all of this information, process it, and develop a cohesive plan for the development of your project. We define the requirements, navigation, style, technology, marketing objectives and features which will be implemented during the production process.
Our design team prepares concept mock-ups for your logo, website, software, game interface or marketing material based on your tastes, specifications and objectives. We review the mock-ups and give you the opportunity to offer feedback before the designers take the process a level deeper. The second design iteration incorporates your comments and the outcome is a final mock presentation of the project as it will appear.
The first meeting is designed to understand the scope and business objectives of your planned project. We take time to learn about your business, it's history and future, client base, style, competition and methodology. We offer options, advice, time frames, and pricing parameters. We then create a written overview detailing the proposed site along with an estimate of the number of production hours we believe your site will require.
After you accept the estimate, we send you a contract and a down-payment invoice for a portion of the total budget. We then schedule a meeting which officially begins the production process. This discovery meeting is designed to collect more detailed material about your project and your organization such as: marketing material, existing logos, color preferences, favorite site links, text, photos, etc.
